About the Role:
Kids 'R' Kids Keller is looking for a passionate and nurturing Assistant Teacher/Support Staff member to join our growing team in Keller, TX! This is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of young children while working in a fun, supportive, and rewarding environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist lead teachers in delivering age-appropriate lessons and activities for early childhood learners
• Supervise and engage children during classroom activities, meals, and outdoor play
• Support a safe, clean, and nurturing classroom environment at all times
• Build positive relationships with children, families, and fellow staff members
• Diaper changing and/or eaching children self help skills (Like potty training, hand washing, etc.)
• Help implement daily schedules, routines, and curriculum plans
• Observe and report on children's developmental progress and behavior
• Assist with classroom setup, materials preparation, and general support duties

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required; early childhood education coursework preferred
• Previous experience working with young children in a childcare or educational setting is a plus
• Genuine passion for child development and early childhood education
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to pass a background check and meet state childcare licensing requirements
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
