Kids 'R' Kids Keller is looking for enthusiastic and caring individuals to join our team as Assistant Teachers, Floaters, and Support Staff! Responsibilities:

• Assist lead/classroom teachers in delivering age-appropriate lessons and activities in the classroom
• Supervise and engage children in a safe, structured, and nurturing environment
• Float between classrooms as needed to maintain proper teacher-to-child ratios
• Support daily routines including meals, nap time, and transitions
• Communicate effectively with parents, staff, and administration
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom environment
• Assist with behavior management and positive reinforcement strategies

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous experience working with children in a childcare or educational setting preferred
• Warm, patient, and nurturing demeanor with a genuine love for children
• Ability to multitask and adapt quickly in a fast-paced classroom environment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Must be able to pass a background check and meet state licensing requirements
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain
