We achieve this by staying focused on providing safe efficient and reliable transportation to customers ensuring the highest standards of safety and environmental compliance throughout our organization with a goal of zero incidents and zero spills or releases to the environment maximizing long term value for shareholders and stakeholders and creating a safe and rewarding work environment for our employees.Purpose of the PositionAssist Fleet Managers Deputy Fleet Manager and Superintendents in supporting the repair maintenance and operation of ATC vessels.Core Job Functions Assure vessel compliance to OSG Safety Quality and Environmental SQE PolicyAssist in the Supervising of maintenance and repair to optimize vessel availability while protecting asset valueLogistical support of vendor repairsAssist in creating and monitoring vessel operating budgetsSupport shore side operations department in repair and maintenance for vessels including routine voyage repairs regulatory surveys dry docking shipyard events emergencies casualties and modifications.
