Role Description The Assistant to Store Director role is a full-time, on-site position located in Palm Beach, FL. This role supports the Store Director in daily operations, including coordinating staff schedules, managing client appointments, and ensuring smooth store opening and closing procedures. The assistant helps maintain merchandising standards, monitors inventory levels, and supports the execution of visual displays aligned with Kiton’s luxury brand image. The role involves assisting with clienteling activities, preparing sales reports, tracking performance metrics, and supporting local marketing and events. The assistant also collaborates with the Store Director on administrative tasks, internal communications, and service standards to deliver an elevated in-store experience.

• Experience supporting retail management or leadership in a luxury or premium fashion environment, with familiarity in store operations and customer service.

• Strong organizational and administrative skills, including scheduling, report preparation, and basic data entry or POS system use.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact professionally with clients, colleagues, and external partners.

• Attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics to support merchandising, presentation, and visual standards consistent with a luxury brand.

• Ability to work on-site full time in Palm Beach, FL, with flexibility for retail hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.

• Proactive, service-oriented mindset and capacity to collaborate closely with the Store Director and team members.

• Prior experience in luxury fashion, bespoke tailoring, or high-end retail clienteling is highly beneficial.
