Assistant to the Dining Manager

Restaura, we believe dining is an experience—not just a service. We’re looking for a driven, hospitality-focused Assistant to the Dining Manager to support daily dining operations, lead by example, and help deliver an elevated experience for residents and guests.

This is a hands-on leadership role—perfect for someone ready to grow into management while making a real impact every day.

What You’ll Do

• Support the Dining Manager in overseeing daily front-of-house operations
• Lead by example during service, ensuring exceptional hospitality and resident satisfaction
• Assist with scheduling, staffing, and team coordination
• Help train, coach, and develop dining team members
• Ensure dining areas are clean, organized, and guest-ready at all times
• Monitor service flow, resolve issues, and maintain a high standard of experience
• Support inventory, supplies, and daily operational needs
• Assist with special events, catering, and themed dining experiences
