What You’ll Do:
- Support the Lead Teacher in planning and implementing fun, age-appropriate lessons
- Help children grow socially, emotionally, and academically through play and learning
- Supervise and engage toddlers in daily activities and routines
- Maintain a clean, safe, and nurturing environment
- Communicate with families about their child’s day and development
- Assist with diapering, meals, and other caregiving routines

What You’ll Need:
- High school diploma or GED (Associate or Bachelor's in Early Childhood Education preferred)
- Experience working with young children in a licensed childcare setting
- A nurturing, energetic, and dependable personality
- Basic knowledge of child development and safety practices
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed
