World Of Knowledge Child Development Center Inc and World of Knowledge Early Learning Center is a leading childcare center in Lincoln, NE providing exemplary early childhood education for children aged 6 weeks to 13 years. We aim to create a nurturing and stimulating environment where children can grow, learn, and explore their full potential. Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 an hour

Hours: Must be able to work hours between 7:00 - 5:30 Monday - Friday (Team members work 4 - 10 hour days with the same day off every week).

World Of Knowledge Early Learning Center Inc is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Assistant Toddler Teacher to join our team. As an Assistant Toddler Teacher, you will play a vital role in nurturing the minds of our young learners, fostering their growth and development in a safe and supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Help the Lead Teacher develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans, focusing on cognitive, physical, and social-emotional development.
  • Establish and maintain open communication with parents, ensuring transparency and addressing any concerns or questions.
  • Supervise and ensure the safety of children at all times.
  • Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment.
  • Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities.
  • Adhere to all childcare center policies and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated knowledge of early childhood education and development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passionate about working with toddlers and providing quality care.
  • Ability to create and maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Must be able to complete mandatory trainings in a timely manner.
