Responsibilities:
- Assist lead teachers in implementing engaging lesson plans for toddlers.
- Provide a safe, caring, and stimulating environment for children.
- Support daily activities including arts and crafts, storytelling, and playtime.
- Monitor and document children's progress and development.
- Encourage positive social interactions among children.
- Communicate effectively with parents about their child's activities and milestones.
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom space.
- Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; early childhood education coursework preferred.
- Experience working with toddlers or in a childcare setting is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- First Aid and CPR certification is a plus.
- Patience, enthusiasm, and a genuine love for working with children.
- Background check clearance required.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
