Responsibilities:

• Assist in implement engaging curriculum tailored for infants and toddlers.
• Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to explore and learn.
• Observe and assess children's development and progress regularly.
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's growth and activities.
• Maintain a clean and organized classroom space that promotes learning.
• Collaborate with colleagues to create a cohesive and supportive team atmosphere.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and licensing requirements.
• Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills.

Requirements:

• 18 years of age and older.
• Confidence in working with infants and toddlers in a childcare setting.
• Knowledge of child development milestones and best practices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to obtain CPR and First Aid certification along with other required certifications.
• Patience, creativity, and a passion for early childhood education.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Background check clearance as required by state regulations.
