The University of Pittsburgh is seeking a qualified Assistant Track & Field Coach in the Department of Athletics. The incumbent will be responsible for assisting in all aspects of administration and operation of a highly competitive Division I collegiate men's and women's track and field and cross-country program. Responsibilities may include but are not limited to assisting with practice in the areas of sprints and relays and evaluation and recruitment of prospective student-athletes. In addition, the applicant must possess the following skills: high level of organization, basic computer skills, and knowledge of equipment ordering and organization is preferred. The candidate must be able to work amiably with students, parents, administrators, and faculty within the rules and regulations of the University, the conference, and the NCAA.
