Position Summary
The Assistant Vice Chancellor of Medical Advancement reports to the Associate Vice Chancellor for Medical Advancement and is responsible for providing strategic fundraising leadership and direction to the faculty and the advancement professionals across multiple departments at the Washington University School of Medicine.
The Assistant Vice Chancellor will serve on the Medical Advancement Senior Leadership Team, will manage a team of frontline fundraisers, and will have frontline fundraising goals and responsibilities. This role partners closely with executive faculty and institutional leaders to drive philanthropic growth, align fundraising priorities with academic and clinical objectives, and advance enterprise-wide campaign goals.

Base pay is commensurate with experience.
The salary range reflects base salaries paid for positions in a given job grade across the University. Individual rates within the range will be determined by factors including one''s qualifications and performance, equity with others in the department, market rates for positions within the same grade and department budget.
