The successful candidate will build and manage a comprehensive Advancement Operations function, including CRM oversight, gift processing and accounting, donor and constituent data management, reporting, and performance metrics. Collaboration is key in this highly collaborative leadership role, which involves managing a team and working closely with colleagues across Advancement, IT, and campus partners. The AVP will also be instrumental in shaping a future-facing data environment, including the development of a University-wide data warehouse to support strategic priorities.The ideal candidate for the Assistant Vice President position at the company will have a proven track record in Advancement Operations, with a focus on continuous improvement and best practices.
