INOVA is hiring an AVP, Business Solutions to lead how we use technology, data, and AI to drive real impact across the organization.
What You'll Own
You'll lead the function at the intersection of business + technology + data, including:
- Core and digital banking platforms
- Data, business intelligence, and reporting
- Automation and development
- AI-driven capabilities
- Project delivery and cross-functional solutions
