  • Lead the end-to-end advisor lifecycle, including intake, eligibility review, onboarding, approvals, participation monitoring, and support for M&A-related transitions.

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance scalability, strengthen operational controls, improve advisor experience, and support future program growth.

  • Maintain and evolve program governance, policies, procedures, operating rhythms, and supervisory requirements to ensure a controlled and sustainable operating environment.

  • Partner with Compliance, Legal, Risk, Finance, Operations, Service, and Compensation teams to ensure effective execution, regulatory compliance, and cross-functional alignment.

  • Oversee key operational processes including billing oversight, reconciliations, refunds, access administration, vendor management, and quality assurance activities.

  • Manage governance committee activities, including reporting, performance reviews, action-item tracking, escalations, and advisor approval processes.

  • Monitor program KPIs, operational metrics, and service outcomes to identify trends, mitigate risks, and inform leadership decision-making.

  • Serve as the primary business liaison for internal stakeholders and external partners, coordinating issue resolution, operational enhancements, and program implementation activities.

  • Provide business management support for LAP, including capacity planning, executive reporting, strategic recommendations, and accountability for achieving program objectives and growth priorities.
