Assistant Women's Volleyball Coach

Midway University, home to a thriving athletic community, is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Assistant Volleyball Coach to support the Women's Volleyball programs. This is an exciting opportunity to join a NAIA program and make a meaningful impact on student-athletes both on and off the court.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in all aspects of program management for the team
Support recruiting efforts to attract talented student-athletes
Aid in practice planning, game preparation, and team travel
Monitor academic progress and eligibility compliance
Assist with film breakdown and exchange
Transport team members in a 15-passenger van as needed
Qualifications:
Required: High School Diploma, valid driver's license, and clean driving record
Preferred: Bachelor's degree, prior coaching experience at the high school or college level, strong recruiting and communication skills
