Assistant Warehouse Manager
HumanHire is partnered with a rapidly growing medical equipment company seeking an Assistant Warehouse Manager to support daily warehouse operations, inventory management, order fulfillment, and team coordination. This role is ideal for someone who is hands-on, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment while helping ensure orders and inventory are handled accurately and efficiently.
Salary: $60,000 annually

Schedule
Monday Friday: 7:00 AM 5:00 PM
Saturday: 8:00 AM 12:00 PM
Occasional Sunday: 8:00 AM 12:00 PM
What Youll Do
Support daily warehouse operations, including receiving, shipping, order fulfillment, and inventory control.
Assist with supervising and coordinating warehouse employees to keep daily operations running efficiently.
Help ensure customer orders are picked, packed, and processed accurately and on schedule.
Monitor inventory levels and assist with routine cycle counts to maintain accurate stock records.
Help maintain an organized, safe, and efficient warehouse environment.
Support the implementation and enforcement of company policies and warehouse procedures.
Coordinate with office staff regarding orders, inventory, shipments, and other warehouse-related needs.
Assist with resolving day-to-day operational issues and communicating updates to management.
Perform additional warehouse and operational duties as needed.
What Were Looking For
Previous warehouse, distribution, logistics, or inventory experience.
Experience assisting with or supervising warehouse employees preferred.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable working hands-on with receiving, shipping, inventory, and order fulfillment.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Fluent in both English and Spanish.
Reliable and flexible with the ability to work the required schedule.
