Assistant Warehouse Manager

About the Role:
Evident is looking for a driven and detail-oriented Assistant Warehouse Manager to join our team in Provo, UT, near the Provo Airport.  IMMEDIATE HIRE. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key leadership role in a fast-paced warehouse environment where your organizational skills and operational know-how will make a real impact. The Pay Range is $23-$25/hr.  Hours are Mon-Fri 7:00-3:30. Benefits are not offered.  If you thrive on keeping things running smoothly and leading teams to success, we want to hear from you!



Responsibilities:

• Assist the Warehouse Manager in overseeing daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and shipping
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with cycle counts, audits, and stock reconciliation
• Ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment and distribution processes
• Enforce safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized, and compliant warehouse environment
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including logistics, procurement, and operations
• Identify inefficiencies and assist in implementing process improvements to optimize warehouse productivity

Requirements:

• 2+ years of warehouse operations experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or lead role
• Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and warehouse management software (WMS)
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team in a high-volume environment
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification preferred
• Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and warehouse compliance requirements
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-first attitude
• Experience with Freestyle MOM system or Odoo a plus
• Ability to start immediately a plus
