What You’ll Do as an Assistant Warehouse Technician:- Assist with daily box wash operations and support the lead technician
- Operate and monitor equipment to ensure proper cleaning and efficiency
- Inspect equipment and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime
- Support preventive maintenance and maintain accurate records
- Train team members on safety, sanitation, and equipment processes
- Coordinate workflow and communicate with team members and supervisors
What You Need to Bring to the Assistant Warehouse Technician Role:- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to stand and work in a fast-paced production environment
- Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer skills for recordkeeping and reporting
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred, but not required
- Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply
