Assistant Wellness Director – Massage Heights

We’re looking for an Assistant Wellness Director who’s ready to support, inspire, and help lead a team that delivers incredible experiences to every guest who walks through our doors. You’ll work closely with the Wellness Director to keep our Retreat running smoothly, our team motivated, and our guests feeling amazing.

Your Schedule

  • 6–8 hour shifts

  • Days, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

  • Flexible mix of day and evening shifts

What You’ll Do

  • Partner with the Spa Director to oversee daily operations, revenue goals, and inventory

  • Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high‑performing team

  • Lead front desk training with coaching, role‑playing, and sales support

  • Build schedules that keep the Retreat running smoothly

  • Set and achieve team and individual goals

  • Create a culture where exceptional guest service is the norm

  • Strengthen guest loyalty by consistently delivering the Massage Heights experience

What You Bring

  • 1+ year of sales or retail management experience

  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

  • Experience coaching, training, and navigating conflict

  • Comfortable with computers and standard software

  • Basic business math skills

  • A self‑starter mindset with a passion for people

Bonus Points If You Have

  • Experience with Zenoti or similar spa POS systems

  • Familiarity with massage, skincare, or spa environments

  • Experience working within a franchise model

Compensation: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
