Assistant Women's Lacrosse Coach

Description

Hilbert College is seeking a motivated, energetic, and organized individual to serve as an Assistant Women's Lacrosse Coach. This part-time position is responsible for supporting all aspects of the women's lacrosse program, including on-field coaching, recruiting, and student-athlete development.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Head Coach with practice planning, game preparation, and in-game coaching.
  • Support recruiting efforts, including communication with prospective student-athletes and campus visit coordination.
  • Contribute to player development, skill instruction, and team culture.
  • Assist with game day operations, film breakdown, and scouting reports.
  • Promote a positive student-athlete experience aligned with Hilbert College values.
  • Support program organization, including equipment, scheduling, and team logistics

.Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Playing and/or coaching experience in lacrosse at the high school, collegiate, or club level.
  • Strong knowledge of fundamentals, positional development, and game strategy.
  • Ability to work 3-6 days per week, including practices, competitions, and recruiting events.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills.
  • Commitment to compliance with NCAA and institutional policies.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous college coaching or recruiting experience.
  • Experience with film analysis and scouting platforms.
  • Passion for building a competitive and student-centered program.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Valid drivers license.

Compensation: 3,500.00
