Bismarck State College is seeking a dedicated and energetic Assistant Women's Softball Coach to join our Athletics Department. This position plays a key role in supporting student-athletes both on the field and in the classroom, helping them grow into capable students and competitive athletes.
Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will bring strong recruiting skills, a passion for coaching, and a commitment to the holistic development of student-athletes. Experience in intercollegiate athletics and the ability to foster a positive, team-centered culture are highly valued.
