Horizon House is seeking a transformational, business-minded operator who can build upon an already successful culture and lead Assisted Living into its next phase of operational excellence.
The ideal candidate will bring experience leading the full operations of the Assisted Living business unit, including financial performance, staffing models, census growth, regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, team development, and resident satisfaction.
Pay Range: $140,000 to $175,000 annually
