Assisted Living Caregiver - PM Shift full-time with benefits

Evergreen is seeking compassionate caregivers to join the team in our Assisted Living household! Join our work/life-balance centered environment where you know your schedule for 6 weeks at a time. There are no hidden surprises.

PMshift: 2:00pm-10:15pm, 8 shifts per 2-week pay period.

Every other weekend and holiday required.

Hourly wage is $16.75 base, plus $2 shift differential, plus another $1 for med passing ($19.75 total if you've been adding it up).

• CBRF Medication Administration preferred
• Paid training
• Pick up pay an extra $2hr
• Annual wage increase

As a Caregiver you will:

• Assure resident needs are met in a timely manner (call light, requests, ADLs)
• Administer medications, monitor side effects, and document accordingly
• Promptly inform unit nurse of a change in resident’s condition and/or needs
• Document care and service provided in a thorough and timely manner

Minimum requirements:

• At least 17 years of age
• Strong prioritization and organization skill
• Flu shot required annually Oct-March
