Assisted Living CNA: Certified Nursing AssistantFull Time or Part Time | Evenings (3pm - 11pm) Part Time | Days (7 am - 3 pm)Pay: $19.44 - $23.64/hour based on experienceThe Seasons East Greenwich is a premier assisted living residence, providing a balance of community, wellness and assisted living services to independent and memory impaired residents, while promoting resident quality of life, dignity and maximum independence.Responsibilities of an Assisted Living CNA: Certified Nursing Assistant:Accurately perform and record vital signs, height and weight.Accurately calculate and record weight gain/loss and fluid intake/output.Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents. Recognize abnormal changes in body functioning and the importance of reporting such changes to a supervisor.Perform palliative and post-mortem care.Perform routine well-being rounds on each assigned resident.Supervise, assist or provide Activities of Daily Living (ADL's)Provide preventative skin care techniques, observe the resident's skin condition and report any changes to a licensed nurse.Utilize proper techniques and devices to transfer and position/re-position a resident.Provide timely, accurate and complete documentation and communication.Qualifications for an Assisted Living CNA: Certified Nursing Assistant:High school diploma or general education degree (GED), or three-six months related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.Graduate of a state approved nursing assistant training program and passed a state approved competency examination (written and skills) within 120 days of employment; name entered into state nurse aide registry.Why choose Saint Elizabeth Community?We are a non-profit, independent, locally owned and operated community, providing quality care since 1882 to older adults and people with physical disabilities.With our mission of caring, we are committed to supporting our community with compassionate and innovative care!
