Work Schedule
  • Shift Options:
    • Sunday –Thursday or Tuesday –Saturday
  • Shift Timings:
    • Day Shift: 6: 00 AM –2: 00 PM
    • Swing Shift: 2: 00 PM –10: 00 PM
    • Midnight Shift: 10: 00 PM –6: 00 AM
Work Environment
  • Hybrid work model with onsite presence required twice weekly

  • High collaboration with network engineering and field teams
Job Description:
  • Monitor and manage network alarms across telecom systems
  • Perform fault isolation and support repair activities
  • Understand alarm impacts on network performance and service delivery
  • Identify and escalate network, environmental, and infrastructure events
  • Notify on-shift or on-call supervisors of critical incidents
  • Create, update, and close tickets in appropriate systems
  • Track and manage repair activities
  • Coordinate with field teams to resolve outages and impairments
  • Provide support during critical or catastrophic network events
  • Assist Tier III teams with incident response and resolution
  • Continuously monitor network performance and alarms
  • Ensure all alarms and tickets are actively managed
  • Maintain shift logs and provide shift handover updates
  • Complete assigned projects within defined timelines
  • Support operational improvements and special initiatives

  • Initiative: Work independently with minimal supervision and support additional shifts when required

  • Communication: Clearly communicate via verbal, email, and messaging platforms
  • Flexibility: Support special projects and responsibilities beyond standard duties
Required Qualifications:
  • Experience in Network Operations Center (NOC) or telecom support environments
  • Strong understanding of network alarms and fault management processes
  • Experience with ticketing systems and incident management workflows
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities
