    What You’ll Do

    As a Flexologist, you’ll:

    • Deliver one-on-one assisted stretch sessions tailored to client goals and mobility limitations

    • Perform mobility assessments and create safe, effective stretch plans

    • Educate clients on proper movement, posture, and body awareness

    • Document session notes and track client progress

    • Collaborate with a wellness-driven team in a studio that values trust, communication, and care

    Qualifications

    Required:

    • Licensure or certification as a:

      • Physical Therapist (PT), Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA), or similar rehab background

    • CPR/AED Certification (or willingness to obtain)

    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

    • Passion for improving movement, function, and quality of life

    Preferred:

    • Experience in outpatient orthopedics, sports medicine, or manual therapy

    • Familiarity with functional movement, stretching protocols, or mobility training

    • Background in massage therapy, yoga, or personal training is a bonus
