Responsibilities:
Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily hotel operations to ensure efficiency and guest satisfaction.
Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations to maintain high service standards.
Monitor and manage hotel budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to achieve profitability goals.
Implement marketing strategies to enhance hotel visibility and attract guests.
Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure a positive experience.

Requirements:
