What You'll Do:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Creative, Merchandising, and Brand to understand campaign goals and customer engagement needs
- Develop comprehensive campaign briefs that guide creative and operational execution
- Build, launch, and optimize automated flows and audience segments within Klaviyo to maximize customer engagement
- Conduct quality assurance reviews to ensure campaigns deploy smoothly and accurately
- Analyze campaign data, prepare performance reports, and provide actionable insights to enhance future initiatives
- Identify testing opportunities and implement strategies to improve campaign performance and customer conversion
- Stay updated on the latest CRM best practices, customer lifecycle trends, and innovative channels
Required Skills:
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or email marketing
- Hands-on expertise with Klaviyo platform
- Proven ability to manage audience segmentation, campaign execution, and automated flows
- Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities efficiently
- Analytical mindset with experience translating data into actionable marketing strategies
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Knowledge of email design best practices and responsive email techniques
- Experience in ecommerce and direct-to-consumer markets is a plus
Nice to Have Skills:
- Additional marketing automation platform experience
- Knowledge of broader digital marketing channels
- Familiarity with customer analytics tools
- Creative background in campaign design or content development
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- Prior experience working in fast-paced, ecommerce, or direct-to-consumer environments
