How will you fit in the big picture? As an Inventory Process Supervisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring inventory accuracy, financial integrity, and operational excellence at our Memphis plant. In this high-speed manufacturing environment, you'll lead inventory processes, drive compliance with SOX controls, and partner across teams to deliver accurate reporting and continuous improvement. Accountabilities

Lead all site inventory operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures

Oversee cycle counts, audits, and annual physical inventory, identifying risks and driving resolution

Analyze inventory performance, trends, and variances; implement corrective actions and process improvements

Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Quality, Warehouse, Maintenance, and Finance to optimize inventory flow

Manage and develop inventory team members through coaching, training, and performance support

Deliver daily, weekly, and monthly KPI reporting and insights to leadership

Support SOX compliance, Blackline reconciliations, and audit readiness activities

Resolve inventory discrepancies including goods movement errors, GR/IR issues, and OS&D

Provide technical guidance on inventory systems (SAP/S4) and drive continuous operational improvements

Minimum Requirements

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Accounting, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Experience: 3–5 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or related environment

Experience leading teams and working in a fast-paced, cross-functional manufacturing setting

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Experience with SAP/S4 and advanced Excel preferred
