Manufacturing Associate - 3rd Shift - Armstrong, Iowa

Schedule:
Monday – Thursday | 3:00 pm - 1:00 am (2nd Shift)
$20.50/hr + $2.00/hr shift premium
OT required as needed
Job Duties
Perform general manufacturing and production tasks in a metal fabrication environment. Operate and tend equipment such as saws, shears, rolls, brakes, presses, forming machines, spinning machines, and punch equipment. Read job specifications and blueprints to assist with machine setup and production requirements. Position materials and operate machine controls while monitoring for quality and safety. Measure finished products using precision tools to ensure accuracy. Perform minor machine maintenance such as oiling machines, dies, or workpieces. Assist with machine setup, package finished products, maintain a clean and organized work area, and support production goals. Cross-training in multiple areas may be required. May lift up to 50 lbs.
Safety Requirements
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive lifting, pushing, pulling, bending, squatting, and standing for extended periods. Must be able to safely operate hand tools, power tools, measuring devices, and manufacturing equipment. Ability to read and follow written instructions, blueprints, and safety procedures is required.
