Position Overview

Our growing team has an open role for an Associate AI Product Manager to join the CRM and Corporate Intelligence team. The Associate AI Product Manager will report directly to the Senior Director, CRM & Corporate Intelligence. It is an individual-contributor position whose main responsibility is to help identify, develop, and scale AI-powered products, automations, and intelligence capabilities that lead to improved operating efficiency, boost business development, and enhance Hilco’s CRM ecosystem. The person will collaborate with teams covering CRM, Corporate Intelligence, Business Development, Data & Analytics, and Technology in order to turn business requirements into practical solutions, take charge of use cases from concept right through to deployment, and assist with adoption throughout the organization. The individual will need to efficiently handle a variety of tasks in a fast-paced and highly collaborative environment, all under the overall authority of the global company’s Chief Marketing Officer - Head of Global Business Development Operations. The role will use Hilco Global’s wider data and technology ecosystem, including Salesforce, enterprise data platforms, Power BI, automation tools, and approved generative AI solutions, to achieve tangible business results.

Responsibilities

• Developing our own AI products and carrying out the roadmap.
• Find business opportunities in which AI, automation, and intelligent workflows can enhance efficiency, decision-making, data quality, or revenue generation.
• Define the business requirements, product specifications, success criteria, and implementation plans; and oversee the assigned use cases from the ideation and proof-of-concept stages through to testing, deployment, adoption, and continuous improvement.
• Create AI-powered automation and improvements.
• Create and manage solutions that automate repetitive business processes, reporting tasks, data workflows, analysis, and document generation using approved enterprise technologies.
• Work with business stakeholders to redesign workflows, validate outputs, measure time and cost savings, and expand successful solutions across teams.
• Strengthen CRM, data, and relationship intelligence.
• Develop AI-enabled capabilities that improve Salesforce effectiveness, relationship intelligence, data enrichment, classification, cleansing, and business development visibility.
• Connect internal CRM and enterprise data with external market, company, contact, and transaction information to create practical account, relationship, opportunity, and market insights.
• Deliver corporate intelligence and support executive decisions.
• Develop AI-powered intelligence products, dashboards, summaries, and executive briefing capabilities that surface market developments, client activity, emerging opportunities, and business risks.
• Support predictive and AI-assisted analytics using proprietary business data with clear validation, source traceability, assumptions, and appropriate human review.
• Support responsible AI governance, adoption, and change management.
• Apply responsible AI practices, including validation, transparency, data governance, access controls, documentation, and compliance with approved enterprise standards.
• Run pilots, gather user feedback, support training and communications, track adoption and business impact, and contribute to AI roadmap and governance discussions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Marketing, Finance, or a related field; equivalent relevant experience will be considered.
• 2-5 years of progressive experience in product management, CRM, business intelligence, analytics, workflow automation, business operations, or a related discipline.
• Experience translating business requirements into AI product requirements, workflows, technical specifications, or implementation plans.
• Hands-on exposure to generative AI, large language models, AI copilots, intelligent automation, or related AI-enabled business solutions.
• Experience with Salesforce or another enterprise CRM platform; exposure to CRM data, relationship intelligence, reporting, or business development workflows is preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, Copilot Studio, Power Automate, Power BI, SQL, Python, or comparable technologies is preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, project-management, and documentation skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and meet deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work across business and technical teams, explain assumptions and limitations, and handle confidential information.

Annual base salary gross: $80,000-$90,000. The base salary range represents the estimated low and high end of Hilco’s salary for this position based on geography. Actual base salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and proficiency for the role. The base pay is one component of Hilco’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards and benefits include cash bonuses, long term incentives, health insurance, accident and life insurance, and retirement benefits.
