HealthPartners is hiring an Associate Analyst, IT Desktop Fulfillment. The Desktop Fulfillment Analyst supports the HealthPartners workforce by delivering reliable, easy-to-use technology solutions. In this role, the analyst collaborates with team members to ensure devices are properly set up, deployed, and ready for use while providing a positive and supportive experience for end users, and supports the procurement, configuration, and delivery of devices to ensure employees have the tools they need to perform their work effectively.

This position reports to the Senior Manager, Enterprise Desktop Services and is part of a collaborative team of two, led by a team lead. The role partners closely with desktop support teams across the organization to support the deployment and installation of end-user computing devices.

Required Qualifications:

  • Two-year college degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
  • Current, valid, and unrestricted driver's license in the state of residence, with a clean driving record (no major violations or pattern of repeated violations within the past three years), and daily access to a reliable, insured vehicle
  • Ability to lift twenty pounds.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills across varying levels of technical expertise
  • Demonstrated technical troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
  • Working knowledge of desktop support services
  • Strong customer service and people skills
  • Proven time management and prioritization abilities
  • Flexibility to adjust work hours as needed to support project timelines and requirements.

Hours/Location:

  • M-F; core business hours
  • This role is 100% onsite and includes regular travel throughout the HealthPartners service area (Mpls/St. Paul and surrounding metro area) to support multiple locations. The primary work location is based in Bloomington.

Responsibilities:

  • Provides workstation and end user computing device configuration and installation services.
  • Assists Fulfillment team by supporting incoming requests from the organization.
  • Participates in end user computing and facility projects.
  • Supports the senior and principal analysts as needed.
  • Provides accurate, timely, and creative solutions to end-user computers to ensure end-user productivity.
  • Assists in responding to situations where standard procedures have failed, isolates or fixes problem equipment or software installations, moves, and configuration changes during installation at customer location.
  • Provides support in maintaining accurate information regarding end-user requests within the tracking system, according to policies and standards.
  • Partners with project analysts to configure and install end user computing devices, e.g., workstations, badges, iPads, point of service devices, scanners, etc.
  • Maintains the integrity of the hardware/software inventory by utilizing company tracking practices and procedures for receiving and distribution.
