Position Summary:

The Assembler will be responsible for putting together components and parts according to specifications, ensuring products meet quality standards and production goals.

Essential Functions:

+ Assemble parts and components

+ Follow work instructions, blueprints, diagrams, and assembly drawings

+ Inspect finished products to ensure quality and accuracy

+ Identify and report defective materials or assembly issues

+ Maintain a clean and organized work area

+ Meet daily production targets and timelines

+ Follow all safety policies and procedures

+ Perform basic equipment maintenance as required

+ Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors

+ Adhere to Quality Policy and Procedures, OSHA guidelines, and workplace safety regulations

+ Adheres to the letter and spirit of the company Code of Conduct, the AdvaMed Code, MedTech Code, and all other company policies

+ Ensures Compliance with applicable governmental laws, rules, and regulations, both in the United States and internationally, by completing introductory and annual training and maintaining knowledge of compliance as it applies to your role

+ Represents the company in a professional manner and upholds the highest standards of ethical business practices and socially responsible conduct in all interactions with other employees, customers, suppliers, and other third parties

__ Qualifications:

+ Typically requires a minimum of 1 - 2 years of related experience

+ High school diploma or equivalent required

+ Proficient with MS Office software, document management software and ability to navigating the Internet

Physical Demands:

The physical demands listed here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.

+ Required to sit; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl

+ Required to regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

+ May be required to operate a powered industrial truck, and perform role related tasks while elevated 25 feet or higher.

+ Required to possess specific visons abilities, including: close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and capacity to adjust focus
