The Role

\n

We are hiring an Associate Attorney to handle business civil litigation matters with a focus on breach of contract disputes. You will manage a caseload from filing through resolution, with real ownership of your matters.

\n

Responsibilities

\n

• \n
• Manage business civil litigation matters, primarily breach of contract disputes
• \n
• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery documents
• \n
• Represent clients in depositions, hearings, and, where applicable, trial
• \n
• Conduct legal research and case strategy development
• \n
• Communicate directly with clients on case status and strategy
• \n

Requirements

\n

• \n
• Active California State Bar license, in good standing
• \n
• Minimum two years of civil litigation experience
• \n
• Fluency in Spanish and English
• \n
• Juris Doctor, LL.M., or California State Bar Law Office Study Program or certified equivalent
• \n
• Authorization to work in the United States
• \n

Preferred

• \n
• Business litigation or breach of contract experience
• \n
• Deposition, hearing, or trial experience
• \n
• Located in Orange County
• \n

Compensation & Benefits

\n

Base Salary: $95,000 to $115,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
