Pay: $125,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year

Location

This is a full time opportunity based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Our team strongly values in person collaboration and primarily works on site, with some flexibility available for the right candidate.

Note

Candidates must be admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and have 2+ years of litigation experience as an attorney. Bankruptcy, restructuring, or business reorganization experience is strongly preferred but is not required for consideration.

Job Description

• Handle bankruptcy, business reorganization, restructuring, and related litigation matters.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery, agreements, and other sophisticated legal documents.
• Conduct legal research and develop practical strategies for complex client matters.
• Participate in hearings, court appearances, negotiations, and other litigation proceedings.
• Work closely with partners and other attorneys on Chapter 11 and restructuring matters.
• Communicate directly with clients and provide responsive, business minded legal counsel.
• Manage deadlines and multiple matters while maintaining excellent organization and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania bar admission required.
• 2+ years of attorney litigation experience required.
• Bankruptcy, Chapter 11, restructuring, insolvency, or business reorganization experience preferred.
• Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Comfortable handling litigation matters and appearing in court.
• Self motivated with strong professional judgment and communication skills.
• New Jersey or Delaware bar admission is a plus.
