New Gig Solutions is partnering with a growing and highly respected law firm seeking a Litigation Associate Attorney to join its expanding team. This opportunity is ideal for an attorney who takes pride in producing high-quality legal work, values attention to detail, and enjoys working in a collaborative, fast-paced litigation environment.
The firm is looking for a motivated litigator who can independently manage cases, communicate effectively with clients, and contribute to sophisticated litigation matters while continuing to grow professionally within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and advance an active litigation caseload
Draft motions, pleadings, briefs, discovery, and legal correspondence
Take and defend depositions
Assist with trial preparation, hearings, and case strategy
Provide practical legal analysis and client guidance
Maintain organized case files and consistently meet deadlines
Communicate proactively with clients, attorneys, and team members regarding case developments
Qualifications:
4–8 years of litigation experience
Active Texas Bar license required
Strong legal writing, analytical, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple matters with strong attention to detail
Experience in commercial, construction, or real estate litigation is a plus
Professional, organized, and team-oriented mindset
