Associate Attorney

Applicants must be admitted to The Florida Bar and preferred to have at least two years of relevant legal experience. Responsibilities may include preparing estate planning documents, handling probate, trust administration, and guardianship matters, drafting pleadings, attending hearings, taking depositions, participating in mediation and arbitration, attending trials, and assisting with appellate matters.
