    We are a small, highly regarded boutique law firm focused on probate litigation, guardianship matters, and mental health law. Our practice is client-centered, litigation-driven, and committed to achieving meaningful outcomes in complex and sensitive matters. We offer a collaborative environment where attorneys are encouraged to take ownership of cases and grow as litigators.We are seeking a motivated Associate Attorney (1–3 years of experience) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who is eager to develop courtroom experience, take on increasing responsibility, and build a long-term practice in probate and related litigation areas. This role provides significant hands-on litigation experience, including court appearances, motion practice, and direct client interaction.Responsibilities Handle a caseload involving probate litigation, guardianships, and mental health mattersDraft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, discovery, and memorandaConduct legal research and case analysisAppear in court independently for hearings, conferences, and status updatesCommunicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnelAssist with trial preparation and participate in evidentiary hearings and trialsCollaborate with partners on case strategy and developmentQualifications J.D. from an accredited law schoolAdmission to the Massachusetts Bar1–3 years of legal experience, preferably in litigation, probate, or related practice areasStrong legal research, writing, and analytical skillsExcellent organizational and time management abilitiesAbility to work independently and manage competing prioritiesWillingness and ability to travel to court independently (a car is needed for this job)Interest in developing courtroom skills and building a litigation practiceInterest in growing your own practiceSelf-motivated and proactiveComfortable handling client-facing responsibilities early in careerHigh attention to detail and professional judgmentStrong interpersonal and communication skillsGenuine interest in probate, guardianship, and mental health law#J-18808-Ljbffr
