The Law Office of Parag L. Amin, P.C. (“LawPLA”) is growing its litigation team and looking for an experienced attorney who wants something increasingly difficult to find in private practice: meaningful ownership of sophisticated matters, direct access to decision-makers and clients, room to exercise judgment, and a genuine opportunity to grow in responsibility, skill, and compensation as the Firm grows.

Our practice includes business litigation and employment defense matters that require more than task execution. We want attorneys who enjoy understanding the whole case: seeing the issues early, building strategy with the end in mind, communicating intelligently with clients, developing the record deliberately, and moving matters toward resolution or trial with purpose.

If you have spent enough time in litigation to know that you are capable of more than handling one piece of someone else's case, this may be the opportunity to do it. You will have meaningful responsibility for your own matters while working directly with the Managing Partner, Managing Attorney, and an experienced support team. Depending on your experience, that can include case strategy, substantive motion practice, discovery, depositions, direct client counseling, mediation and ADR preparation, and first- or second-chair trial opportunities. We are looking for someone who wants increasing ownership—not someone who simply wants a larger volume of assignments.

• Production bonuses tied to billable-hours performance and matter throughput, with top performers having the opportunity to push past $200,000 in total compensation
