Plaintiff Workers’ Compensation Attorney
Location: North Hollywood, CA
Remote: 100% Remote Flexibility
Compensation: 15% of attorney fees generated on your cases, with a guaranteed monthly floor of $10,000. No cap on earnings.

Are you an experienced plaintiff-side Workers’ Compensation attorney looking for a firm where you can step in and get to work right away?
Our well-established plaintiff law firm in the San Fernando Valley, with 28 years in practice, is hiring an attorney to join our high-volume Workers’ Compensation department. The work is here, the staff is in place, and the infrastructure is built. Cases come to you — so your focus stays where it should be: fighting for clients and delivering strong results.
Responsibilities
- Manage a steady pipeline of plaintiff Workers’ Compensation cases from assignment through resolution
- Guide cases through WCAB proceedings, medical-legal issues, and PD ratings
- Appear at MSCs, rating hearings, and settlement conferences
- Negotiate with defense counsel and adjusters
- Communicate clearly and confidently with clients throughout the case
- Work with a bilingual client base and provide strong client support
Qualifications
- Active California State Bar license in good standing
- Minimum 3 years of plaintiff-side Workers’ Compensation experience required
- Strong command of WCAB procedures, medical-legal process, and PD ratings
- Ability to independently manage a high-volume caseload
- Spanish proficiency is a strong plus
