Our client is seeking a 3+ years experienced Civil Litigation Associate Attorney to manage corporate/self-insured clients, end-to-end cases.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Manage assigned litigation caseload from inception through final resolution
  • Take and defend depositions for fact and expert witnesses
  • Draft, file, and aggressively argue substantive motions
  • Handle courtroom appearances and participate in trial proceedings
  • Work closely with partners in a collaborative, in-office environment
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3+ years of civil litigation experience
  • Strong experience in depositions and motion practice
  • Exposure to courtroom advocacy and trial work preferred
  • Experience handling complex insurance or corporate defense matters a plus
  • Active bar admission in NC or eligibility to practice in the jurisdiction
