As a civil litigation defense firm, we try cases in both State and Federal courts in Illinois and across the country. Our defense practice focuses on complex civil litigation, catastrophic personal injury, construction negligence, products liability, premises liability, medical malpractice and general tort defense.

Role Description

Charysh & Beribak, Ltd. is actively seeking attorneys to join our civil litigation defense practice. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of two years of experience in civil litigation. Candidates must be driven team players with excellent research and writing skills. Your assignments will include drafting pleadings, preparing responses to written discovery and document requests, attending court, taking and defending depositions, drafting briefs and preparing matters for trial.

Candidates must be licensed and admitted to practice in the State of Illinois. Applicants seeking a part-time position and a hybrid (remote v. on-site) work environment are encouraged to apply.
