We are a respected regional litigation firm with a national footprint, and we are adding a Civil Litigation Attorney to our expanding insurance defense team in Chicago.

This role offers the chance to work in a hands-on litigation environment where attorneys are trusted with meaningful responsibility and direct client interaction. The firm is open to attorneys with approximately 5+ years of experience, but will consider strong candidates at other experience levels.

Job Details

Key Responsibilities & Qualifications:
Handling civil litigation matters from initial intake through resolution
Managing an active caseload with minimal oversight
Conducting depositions and participating in case strategy and evaluations
Maintaining direct communication with clients and carriers
Building and sustaining long-term client relationships
Producing high-quality written work and effective oral advocacy
Consistent and accurate timekeeping
Entrepreneurial mindset preferred
Portable book of business is a plus, not required
