The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of litigation experience in any of the following areas: Construction Litigation, Premises Liability, Civil Litigation, Personal Injury, General Liability, Product Liability, Catastrophic, Medical Malpractice, Transportation, Professional Liability, Auto, Wage & Hour.Base pay range Base pay range: $135,000.00/yr - $175,000.00/yrResponsibilities Manage assigned casesHandle cases from inception to conclusionTake and defend depositionsMake court appearancesDraft motions, pleadings and respond to discoveryQualifications Pre-trial experienceStrong research and writing skillsMinimum of 3 years of litigation experienceLicensed to practice and in good standing in New Jersey is required.
