Requirements
- Active Arizona Bar membership
- Minimum 3 years of civil litigation experience
- Experience with business or commercial litigation preferred
- Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and courtroom advocacy abilities
- Ability to manage cases independently while working effectively with a team
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a diverse caseload of civil and business litigation matters
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other legal documents
- Conduct legal research and prepare persuasive legal arguments
- Attend depositions, hearings, mediations, and court appearances
- Develop case strategies and advise clients on legal matters
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve successful case outcomes
