This position offers the opportunity to work on complex, high-exposure cases with an experienced team serving a diverse client base in the construction and insurance industries.Job DescriptionManage all phases of litigation including pleadings, discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trial preparationDefend builders, developers, contractors, and insurers in construction defect and related litigation mattersDraft and review pleadings, briefs, and contracts with strong attention to detailConduct legal research and provide strategic advice to clientsCollaborate with senior attorneys and partners in a team-oriented environmentQualificationsJuris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and active Colorado Bar license (or ability to waive in)3–10 years of civil litigation experience, with a preference for construction, general liability, or insurance defenseStrong writing, research, and courtroom advocacy skillsProven ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlinesClient-focused approach with excellent communication skillsAbility to meet annual billable requirement of 1,800 hours (150 hours per month)Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
