Associate Attorney – Business Litigation (Coral Gables)

Annesser Armenteros is a growing business litigation firm representing companies, business owners, and partners in complex commercial disputes.

We are seeking a driven Associate Attorney who wants meaningful litigation experience, real courtroom exposure, and direct mentorship—not document review or limited responsibility work.

What You’ll Do

• Draft motions, pleadings, legal memoranda, and correspondence
• Conduct legal research and litigation strategy support
• Manage discovery (requests, responses, and disputes)
• Attend hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials
• Work directly with senior attorneys on active litigation matters
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and courts

What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years of litigation experience preferred (or strong clerkship / moot court background)
• Active Florida Bar license in good standing
• Strong legal writing and research skills (this is critical)
• Desire for courtroom exposure and hands-on litigation work
• Organized, accountable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Coachable and willing to take feedback
