An associate in this position will be expected to be able to handle litigated personal injury claims including pleadings, discovery, depositions, case evaluations, client communications, law and motion, mediations, etc. We are seeking an attorney that works well in a team environment possessing exceptional skills in legal research and written and verbal communications.
