Job DescriptionWe currently have an opening for an Associate Attorney. The successful candidate will work closely with our senior attorneys and support staff to provide comprehensive legal services to our clients in many areas including family law, civil litigation, criminal law, real estate and other areas. The ideal candidate must have a strong academic background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a collaborative environment.ResponsibilitiesConduct legal research and analysis on a wide range of legal issuesDraft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and contractsRepresent clients in court proceedings and hearingsAssist senior attorneys with trial preparation and discoveryAttend client meetings and negotiate settlementsCollaborate with other attorneys and support staff to ensure high-quality legal services are provided to clientsMaintain accurate and up-to-date case files and client recordsPerform other duties as assigned by senior attorneys and managementQualificationsJuris Doctor degree from an accredited law schoolAdmission to the Colorado Bar and in good standing2-3 years of relevant legal experience in a law firm setting is preferredStrong research, writing, and analytical skillsStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to manage multiple projectsKnowledge of relevant legal software and technologyWe offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
