We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and dependable Associate Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about helping injured people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and understands the importance of treating every client with professionalism, empathy, and respect.
This position will play an important role in supporting our Plaintiff personal injury practice and helping move cases efficiently toward successful resolution.
· Interview potential new clients
· Maintain case file and guide clients through the personal injury process
· Prepare demand packages and negotiate settlements
· Draft pleadings, motions and other court-related documents
· Manage all aspects of discovery and ensure deadlines are met
· Attend depositions, mediations, arbitrations, court appearances, and trial
· Conduct effective legal research and motion drafting

· Must be current member in good standing of the Utah bar
· At least one (1) year of litigation experience handling Personal Injury cases
· Must be professional, polite, and attentive
· Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Must have competent computer and word-processing skills
· Must be able to multitask and meet appropriate deadlines
